By using the “Walk of Honor” button you will be able download the order form to purchase a laser engraved 4″x8″ brick paver to be placed at the entrance to the animal shelter. Price is $125.00/brick or $100.00/brick if you order 10 or more. Each brick can accommodate 3 lines of text with 12 characters per line (including punctuation and spaces). To submit the form by email, include credit card information on the form and email to info@prairiepaws.org. To submit the form by mail, include credit card information or enclose a check and mail to Prairie Paws Animal Shelter, 3173 Hwy K68, Ottawa KS, 66067.
By using the “Wall of Honor” button you will be able download the order form to purchase a laser engraved 12″x12″ black, granite, wall tile to be placed in one of the hallways at the animal shelter. Price is $200 for a standard tile or $300 to include an etched photo. Each tile can have up to 10 lines with 18 characters including spaces per lines without a photo etching. With an etching you may have 4 lines of 11 characters and 6 lines of 18 characters.
